Students and teachers at the new Merryhill School on Foothill Blvd. prepare to cut the ribbon and announce the school as officially open

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (Jan. 10, 2014) – There’s a new Merryhill School in Roseville. On Jan. 7, teachers and staff gathered to celebrate the preschool’s official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Several members of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce attended the event, which included music, a special song sung by students, and cake and ice cream. Following the celebration, family members were invited to tour the facility and meet teachers and administration.

“We are very pleased to announce the opening of a Merryhill Preschool in Roseville,” said Patty Miller, Chief Operating Officer for Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. “Our staff of caring, devoted and highly skilled faculty looks forward to working with the families and children of this community and helping each student succeed and excel at every level.”

Nearly 50 children, ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old, have already enrolled at the new preschool, which is located at 3989 Foothills Blvd. This new Merryhill School is the second Merryhill location in the area and is able to accommodate up to 128 students. Merryhill Elementary School, located at 1115 Orlando Ave., provides education to children ages 5 years old to 7th grade.

Merryhill will host its first Open House on Saturday, Jan. 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for new families to meet the principal and teachers, explore classrooms and learn about Merryhill School’s signature Links to Learning curriculum, which aims to balance learning with structured play.
